Breadsticks

Place 1 cube of butter on cookie sheet and place in oven to melt while it is pre-heating.
Mix the following ingredients and knead 3 min.

1 1/2 c. warm water
2 T. sugar
1 T. Yeast
1/2 t. salt
3 c. flour

Let rest 10 min.

Roll out dough and cut into strips. Lay on cookie sheet covered with butter and turn strip over so it is buttered on both sides. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese.
Raise 10 min. and bake at 375 for 20 min.
