2 boxes cake mix
5 large eggs
2/3 cup oil
Pour cake mixes into large bowl, add eggs and oil. Stir until mixed together and batter is moist all through ingredients. Add your extras (chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, etc etc etc see list below for ideas...)
Combination ideas:
Chocolate Cake+Peanut Butter Chips+White Chips
Spice Cake+Raisins+Nuts+Chips
Lemon Cake+Poppyseeds+White Chips
Cherry Chip Cake+Cut Up Drained Maraschino Cherries
Confetti Cake+M&M's+White Chips
Possibilities are ENDLESS!!!

You can also make these with a can of pie filling, rather than the oil and egg. Spice cake plus a can of pumpkin puree (not pie filling, in this case); white or yellow cake with lemon pie filling...mmmm! 2 ingredient cookies!
ReplyDeleteAlso, use an angel food cake mix with lemon pie filling for quick and awesome lemon bars. We've tried them also with peach, cherry, and blueberry. Those are tasty, but messy. The Lemon is the best!
